The flagship of the Relight line.

Not a device that covers one area at a time: The Pro treats the entire body in one session — with the broadest spectrum and highest performance of the line.

From head to toe, morning to evening.

The whole body. One session.

What the Pro does for you

01

Full-body regeneration instead of individual zones – saves time in your recovery routine

02

Can reduce muscle soreness (DOMS) and support strength recovery

03

Activating blue light morning mode for an energetic start to the day

04

Blue light-free evening mode, aligned with the natural sleep rhythm

05

Full-body collagen stimulation – for firmer skin all over

06

Widest wavelength spectrum (10 wavelengths, 480–1060 nm)

07

Activates the body's energy reserves to enhance recovery and regeneration

Your Day with the Pro

Four moments a day

Morning: Before Training

Pure near-infrared as you get ready. The activated start to your day.

After the session: Full body standing

Legs, core, shoulders in one go. No repositioning, no adjustments needed.

On Intense Days: The Long Run

Double session length, pure near-infrared. For days when you take more time for yourself.

Evening: To Unwind

Red and green, intentionally without any blue. The calm end to a long day.

Ten wavelengths, full spectrum

480 to 1060 nm, more than twice as many as the Mini. Activated cell energy and collagen stimulation for the whole body instead of individual zones.

9 Modes for Every Moment

One button, the panel does the rest. Priming before the session, recovery against muscle soreness afterward, blue light-free in the evening. Or "My Routine," your own mode.

BLUE 480

Blue light is being studied in dermatological research for its interactions with certain skin bacteria and is considered the strongest known regulator of the internal clock. That's why it's part of the activation mode and not the evening routine.

— it was the wavelength itself that was studied, not the product.

GREEN 525

Green light is a young research field with its own distinct mechanism. Initial studies focus on bone-related cells. The data available here is significantly narrower compared to the red and near-infrared spectrum.

— the wavelength itself was studied, not the product.

RED 630 + 660 nm

The most extensively and widely studied area. Studies examine the interaction between red light and skin tissue; for 660 nm, additionally, connections with sleep quality and melatonin levels in female athletes.

— the wavelength itself was studied, not the product.

NEAR-INFRARED 810–850 nm

The most extensively researched window in the sports context regarding physical exertion, muscle performance, and muscle soreness. 850 nm is considered the physical optimum for penetration depth and cellular effect.

— the wavelength itself was studied, not the product.

DEEPER NEAR-INFRARED 940–1060 nm

There is growing research on these wavelengths, but not as extensive as in the classic areas. We are deliberately cautious here.

— the wavelength itself was studied, not the product.

How to use it

Distance

20 to 50 cm from the body area. The panel is set, you align yourself.

Duration

10 to 30 minutes per session. More is not automatically better.

Frequency

3 to 5 times a week. Better to be regular and moderate than infrequent and very long.

Eye protection

Always wear the provided safety goggles, never look directly into the light.

For those who won't settle.

If you train several times a week and take recovery seriously, you don't want to work spot by spot. The Pro covers it all — the full range, the full height, every phase of the day.

FAQs

Wall mount or stand – which is better?

Both options are possible and both are included. The rolling stand is more flexible, while the wall or door mount saves space.

Can the Relight Pro really reduce muscle soreness?

For targeted application in the wavelength range of the Pro, two meta-analyses show a reduction in muscle soreness (DOMS) and accelerated strength recovery (Tsou et al. 2025; Vanin et al. 2018).

What is the blue light morning mode good for?

Blue light is considered the strongest known regulator of the internal clock, providing an activating effect—perfect for starting the day (Wahl et al. 2019). That's exactly why the evening mode is deliberately free of blue light and aligned with the natural day-night rhythm.

What is the difference from the Relight Mini?

The Pro features ten wavelengths instead of four, 307 watts instead of 110, and covers the entire body in one session. The Mini targets one area at a time—more compact, mobile, and affordable.

Is the stand included in the price?

Yes. The panel and stand have their own item numbers but are delivered together.

Why does the Pro also have blue and green light?

Blue light is in activation mode for starting the day, with green as an additional wavelength. In research, blue light is often associated with the day-night rhythm—this is why it is intentionally not included in the evening routine.

What is "My Routine"?

The mode where you set wavelength, intensity, and duration yourself and save it as a custom program. Accessible at the push of a button, starting from 10 minutes.

How much space do I need?

The panel is 91 cm high and 23 cm wide, with a base measuring 32 × 33.5 cm. Allow for an additional 20 to 50 cm of space for use. When hung on a wall or door, it requires no floor space.
