HOW IT WORKS

1. ORDER A NEW DEVICE

After purchasing your new device, click on this form and fill it out.

2. RETURN THE OLD DEVICE

After you have filled out the form , you will receive a message from our team with the return label for your old device.

3. GET CREDIT

Send the old device back in its entirety and receive a credit note after your return has been checked!

You can use the tables below to find out very easily how much credit you can expect by sending in your old device.

1st example - Get the Go X Pants with €211 discount:

Your old device is for example Go Lite Pants 2.0 or Reboots One (Boots / Pants). For your swap, i.e. the return of your old device with control unit, you will receive €211 retroactive credit on your new Reboots! The newly purchased device can be any device from our range.

2. Example - Buy One Pants 2.0 with €75 discount:

Your old device is Reboots One with Boots sleeves. The new price of the device is €799. You just want to give up the cuffs (boots) and keep the controller. So you “only” buy the Reboots One Pants 2.0 and send us your cuffs back. We will give you up to €75 for this if the condition is very good, i.e. “like new”. We are very customer-oriented during the check and offer you the best possible discount.

Important:

If your cuff or device is so badly damaged or shows such heavy signs of wear that it no longer qualifies for the highest credit category, we reserve the right to adjust and downgrade your credit accordingly. Please also note that a swap cannot be reversed.

THE MOST FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

You must fill out the Reboots Swap document completely and meet the criteria of the program (both old and new devices purchased via www.reboots.com ). You must be the recognizable owner of the old and new device (identification via name, email address) and use the program within 30 days of purchasing the new reboots. Participation is only permitted for end customers aged 18 and over.

More information:
- Participation in Reboots Swap cannot be combined with other promotions
- Only one device will be charged per newly purchased Reboots model
- Purchase of a new device only in the online shop at the price currently displayed in the shop. Refurbished devices are not part of Reboots Swap
- After successful receipt of goods and verification of all data, the cashback amount will be transferred to the participant's bank account within 30 days. Payment can only be made to bank accounts in Germany. A cash payment is excluded.
- A payout is excluded if the participant:

did not purchase an Eligible Product and/or
did not send in an old product and/or
has not provided all the documents required for the application and/or
the required information is incomplete or incorrect and/or
has canceled the purchase contract for the product (withdrawal, rescission, etc.)
if no purchase contract has been concluded.

-The calculated residual value depends on the condition of the product. Goods that can no longer be saved are sent to a controlled recycling process. The better the condition, the higher the residual value.

Depending on the purchase price and the condition of the set (device + cuff) or the cuff, your credit is up to €500. Example: For the One Lite Boots Set (purchase price €699) in acceptable condition, you will receive a credit note of €211. You can find more numbers in the table above.

Reboots Swap is aimed at all Reboots customers who have bought Reboots boots or pants in the past and are now buying a new cuff or set. All purchases must have been made through the online shop www.reboots.com .

You fill out this form . By clicking on ‘Submit’, the document will be sent to our support team, who will send you a return slip for your old device within one working day. You send your cuff/device to us by post, we check the goods and inform you of the status. If your cuff or device is so damaged or shows such heavy signs of wear that it does not qualify for the highest credit category, we reserve the right to adjust your credit accordingly. Please also note that a swap cannot be reversed. Of course, we want to transfer the highest possible credit back to you. The credit will be transferred to your account within 30 days, with reference to the order number of your new device.

All Reboots boots and pants qualify for this program as long as they are purchased through the webshop.
