Flow
"Flow" exerts a pinpoint pressure and is therefore suitable for loosening the muscles. The muscles are gradually compressed from the feet towards the body. We particularly recommend this program for warm-up.
Intense
“Intense” promotes lactate removal most intensively. The sustained pressure in the lower chambers prevents backflow. As a beginner, you should approach this program gradually. At high pressure, Program B is very intense and effective!
Impulses
“Impulse” is for short and intense sessions. Since all chambers are inflated in a pulsed manner simultaneously, “Impulse” maximizes the number of possible compression cycles in a given time.
Intense Flow
“Intense Flow” combines the sequence of programs A and B. Several chambers are always inflated simultaneously, preventing backflow. Thus, “Intense Flow” also promotes lactate removal quite intensively. This program is suitable for a quick but intensive recovery session.
Intense Double
“Intense Double” offers a similar process to Program F, but with two compression waves running in parallel. This allows us to provide a doubly intensive application specifically for the lower leg and calf area.
Double
Similar to Program A, however, two chambers are filled per step. This allows "Double" to achieve twice the number of cycles in the same time and is suitable for shorter warm-up massages.

What is the difference between the Reboots One and the One Lite?
The difference lies in the number of air chambers:
The One has 8, the One Lite has 6 chambers per leg.
The more chambers, the more even the massage – and the more precisely the compression massage can work.

How do I connect the device correctly?
The hose system is easily connected to the control unit via the multi-plug.
It's important that the hoses lie flat next to the device to protect the
connection.
What is the difference between One and Go X?
Both models have 8 air chambers. The One is stationary with a control unit and up to 240 mmHg pressure, while the Go X is cordless, battery-powered, mobile, and reaches up to 180 mmHg.
Why does the pressure sometimes feel different even though the setting is the same?
The body position affects how the pressure in the cuffs is distributed and feels.
We recommend sitting with your upper body slightly reclined for a more even pressure sensation. However, you can also sit or lie in other positions flexibly; the feeling may just vary slightly.
Can I use the system with just one leg cuff?
Yes, with the included blind plug, you can easily use just one side.
How do I put on the Pants correctly?
The Pants are put on like trousers and closed with a zipper.
The zip-lock function ensures everything fits securely.
How do I store the Pants properly?
After use, the cuffs should be deflated, loosely folded, and stored dry.
