1. How important is the topic of "regeneration" to you?
Having a "fresh" feeling in your legs every morning is especially important when you have long training days ahead.
2. What does perfect recovery look like for you?
I would take a short walk to chase the last rays of sun, and then step directly into my Reboots Go Lite and then do some stretching.
3. When do you prefer to use your Reboots?
Before falling asleep.
4. Your insider tip for using Reboots: What do you recommend to other athletes for the regeneration session with Reboots?
As soon as I wake up, I use Double (F) PRE as a "warm-up" at pressure level 10, then before going to sleep, I like to use Intense Flow (A) at pressure level 10.
5. What do you do when you are in the Reboots?
While I am lying in the Reboots, I like to read a few books.
6. What would you like to share with the Reboots community?
Taking care of your own body is really important. Recovery with Reboots after an intense workout is the best!!!
