RED LIGHT FROM BELOW. FOR THE ENTIRE SESSION.

Yoga, Pilates, Mobility, Stretching: Train as usual on the mat while the light runs from below. And if you just stay lying down afterward, that's the whole application.

Not for switching off. For recharging.

Your Day with the Relight Mat

Four moments a day

During the session: Yoga and Pilates

You train directly on the mat, the light stays on throughout the entire session.

Post-Training: Mobility and Stretching

Your cooldown on the mat, instead of setting up a device afterwards.

Just lie down: 20 minutes for you

Lie down and do nothing else. The whole body is bathed in light.

Evening: To Unwind

Dim the lights, do a breathing exercise or meditate. The calm end to a long day.

Two wavelengths, one ritual

660 nm visible infrared light and 850 nm near-infrared light in a 1:2 ratio. A combination that reaches the skin surface and deeper tissue layers—from below, across the full length of the mat.

A setting. No decision.

The panels in the line have nine modes. The mat intentionally has none. You only adjust brightness and duration—seamlessly from 10 to 100%, recommended for 10 to 20 minutes. If you're not into tech menus, this is perfect for you.

850 nm
Near-infrared light, invisible to the eye.

RED 660 nm

The most extensively and widely studied area. Studies examine the interaction between red light and skin tissue; for 660 nm, they also explore connections with sleep quality and melatonin levels in athletes.

— the wavelength itself was studied, not the product.

NEAR-INFRARED 850 nm

The most extensively researched window in the sports context regarding physical exertion, muscle performance, and muscle soreness. 850 nm is considered the physical optimum for penetration depth and cellular effect.

How to use them

Position

The mat is used directly on the body. You lie, sit, or move on it.

Duration

We recommend 10 to 20 minutes. More isn't automatically better.

Frequency

3 to 5 times a week. Better to be regular and moderate than infrequent and very long.

Eye protection

Wear eye protection during use and never look directly into the light.

No display, no program selection, no standing position. The mat is the quietest product in the line—and the only one that integrates into an existing yoga, meditation, or stretching routine, rather than demanding a new one.

FAQs

Can I train on the mat?

Yes, that's exactly what it's made for. Yoga, Pilates, mobility, and stretching exercises work directly on the mat while the light is on.

Do I need to select a program?

No. The mat has a fixed setting of 660 and 850 nm. You only adjust the brightness and duration.

What is the difference from the Relight Mini?

The Mat is a full-body product for the floor, allowing you to move freely. The Mini is a panel for targeted application on specific areas, featuring four wavelengths and nine modes.

Do I see the light?

You can see the red light at 660 nm. The near-infrared light at 850 nm is invisible to the eye — but it's still on.

How long should a session last?

We recommend 10 to 20 minutes, 3 to 5 times a week. Consistency is more effective than duration.

How do I store the mat?

It measures 160 × 60 cm, can be rolled up, and requires no assembly. It fits in a closet and a sports bag.
