"Targeted application"
The Mini is not a full-body device. You target a specific area—face, neck, knee, or lower back—instead of treating the entire body.
Can the Relight Mini really reduce muscle soreness?
Two meta-analyses are available for targeted application in the wavelength range of the Mini, showing a reduction in muscle soreness (DOMS) and accelerated strength recovery (Tsou et al. 2025; Vanin et al. 2018). The strength of the effect depends on dosage and application.
Does the Mini help with sleep?
Using the Mini in the evening can support a more restful sleep. We rate the evidence for this as moderate: It is based on an RCT with female athletes (Zhao et al. 2012) and a more recent study (Sanchez-Cano et al. 2025). Use the Evening Wind-down mode for this.
What is the difference from the Relight Pro?
The Pro features ten wavelengths instead of four, 307 watts instead of 110, and covers the entire body in one session. The Mini treats one area at a time—more compact, mobile, and affordable.
What is the correct distance?
20 to 50 cm from the body area.
What is "My Routine"?
The mode where you set wavelength, intensity, and duration yourself and save it as a custom program. Accessible at the push of a button, starting from 10 minutes.
How many modes are there?
Nine pre-programmed plus "My Routine". The durations range from 15 to 30 minutes.
Do I need a fixed place for it?
No. The panel stands on the provided base and can be moved between the desk, home gym, and suitcase.
