From toes to belly

Normal compression boots stop at the groin, but the Go X really gets going from there. The Pants fully envelop your legs from the feet, over the glutes to the lower abdomen, for a physiologically comprehensive compression massage.

What distinguishes the Go X, Go X Lite, and Go X Mini?

The difference lies in the number of air chambers:

Go X: 8 chambers per leg
Go X Lite: 6 chambers per leg
Go X Mini: 4 chambers per leg

The more chambers, the more even and targeted the compression massage. The Go X offers you the most personalized and effective recovery within the Go X family.

How does the wireless system work?

The control unit is directly attached to the Pants and operates the integrated
air chambers without external tubes.

Can I take my Reboots Go X on the plane?

Yes, absolutely!
Thanks to its tubeless design, compact size, and detachable control unit, the Go X is perfect for travel. You can easily carry the battery separately in your hand luggage.

Why does the pressure sometimes feel different even though the setting is the same?

The body position affects how the pressure in the cuffs is distributed and feels.

We recommend sitting with your upper body slightly reclined for a more even pressure sensation. However, you can also sit or lie in other positions flexibly; the feeling may just vary slightly.

How long does the battery last?

The battery lasts up to 1.5 hours in operation. Perfect for multiple uses throughout the day – no matter where you are. The Go X can also be charged at a power outlet while you're using it.
Note: The power adapter is not included - only the USB-C connection cable!

How do I find the optimal program?

In the Reboots app, you can choose from 8 different massage programs – depending on whether you want quick recovery, gentle relaxation, or intense activation. Customize the sequence, pressure, and zones to match your current training or competition load.

How can I use the Program Designer for free?

All products from the Go X series purchased after 03/22/26 automatically receive a code for free access to the Program Designer in the Reboots app. You can easily redeem the code in the App Store, and detailed instructions will be provided in the email. Important: The Program Designer is only available for iOS.

Before and after exercise

Before Exercise – Warm Up & Activate
1. Put on: Pull up the Go X Pants to your hips – they should fit snugly but comfortably.
2. Connect app: Enable Bluetooth, open the Reboots app, connect Go X.
3. Select program:
  Flow, Impulse or Double for gentle, gradual compression
  Ideal for warming up & muscle activation
4. Set pressure: Low to medium pressure recommended
  Duration: Use for 10–15 minutes while lying down, avoid sitting if possible, as it creates a constriction in the groin area. It's important to use it with the hip almost extended.
After Exercise – Recovery & Relaxation
1. Put on & connect: ideally within the first 60 minutes after training (as above)
2. Select program:
  Intense, Intense Flow or Impulse for quick lactate removal
  Intense Double for particularly stressed calves/lower legs
3. Set pressure: Medium to high – depending on tolerance
4. Duration: 20–30 minutes, relaxed position recommended
5. After use: Turn off Go X, take off Pants & wipe with a damp cloth or a non-aggressive disinfectant.
