1. What has been your greatest (sporting) achievement so far?
My greatest sporting achievement was winning the European League of Football championship in 2021. I was part of the team that accomplished this impressive feat, and it was an incredibly proud moment for me and my teammates. But that wasn't all. I also had the honor of playing in the All-Star Team of the European League of Football, which gave me an additional accolade and proved to me that I played an important role in this team.
It was also a special year because we won against Team USA, which was a great success for us and shows that we can compete on the international field.
In 2017, I had the honor of being called up to the German national team. I still remember well the moments of joy and excitement when I was allowed to represent my national team at the World Games and we together achieved the runner-up title.
These experiences have taught me that hard work, discipline, and passion are the keys to success in sports. I am proud to have been part of these great teams and hope that I can achieve further sporting successes in the future.
2. What motivates you to practice your sport?
As an American football player, I am primarily motivated by the competition and team spirit that this sport brings. I love competing on the field and working with my teammates to achieve a common goal.
Every game is a new challenge, and I feel motivated each time to surpass myself and give everything to win as a team. The strategies and tactics we develop in training are implemented on the field, and it's an incredible feeling when they succeed.
3. Who is your greatest role model and why?
My greatest role model is Keanu Reeves. I admire him not only as an actor but also as a person and philanthropist.
Keanu Reeves has appeared in numerous films throughout his career and made a name for himself as an actor. What I particularly appreciate about him, however, is his humility and commitment to charitable causes.
Although he is a world-famous actor, he often stays in the background and avoids the spotlight. He is known for staying in simple hotels and not placing much importance on his appearance and clothing.
Furthermore, he is also very active in supporting charitable organizations and foundations. He donates a large portion of his wealth and is committed to fighting poverty, hunger, and cancer.
4. What is your favorite hobby besides your sport?
My hobbies besides American football are the gym, spending time with my family, and gaming.
The gym is an important balance for me to the training on the field. Here, I can focus on my physical fitness and also exert myself without having to pay attention to specific tactics and strategies.
Time with my family is also very important to me. Due to the intense training and game schedule, there is often not much time for joint activities, but when I have it, I try to make the most of it. We enjoy going on outings together or simply spending time at home together.
And finally, I also enjoy gaming as a way to relax and unwind. Here, I can immerse myself in other worlds and distract myself from reality for a while. Additionally, I find the competitive aspect of gaming very appealing and always try to challenge myself.
