ONE LITE MASSAGE PROGRAMS
Flow
"Flow" applies targeted pressure and is therefore great for loosening muscles. The muscles are gradually compressed from the feet towards the body. We especially recommend this program for warm-up.
Intense
"Intense" promotes lactate removal most intensively. The sustained pressure in the lower chambers prevents backflow. As a beginner, you should ease into this program gradually. At high pressure, Program B is very intense and effective!
Impulse
"Impulse" is for short and intense sessions. Since all chambers are inflated simultaneously in an impulse-like manner, "Impulse" maximizes the number of possible compression cycles in a given time.
Intense Flow
"Intense Flow" combines the sequence of programs A and B. Multiple chambers are always inflated simultaneously, preventing backflow. This way, "Intense Flow" also promotes lactate removal quite intensively. This program is suitable for a quick but intense Recovery session.
Intense Double
"Intense Double" offers a similar sequence to Program F, but with two compression waves running in parallel. This allows for a doubly intense application specifically targeting the lower leg and calf area.
Double
Similar to Program A, but two chambers are filled at each step. This allows "Double" to achieve twice the number of cycles in the same time and is suitable for shorter warm-up massages.
