Step 1:
PANTS ON, PLUG IN
First, put on your Reboots Pants – ideally over a thin layer like leggings or jogging pants to keep everything hygienic. Then it's time for the device:
Insert the multi-plug all the way into the front of the Reboots One Lite. Important: The small notch must fit into the corresponding slot – that's the only way the plug sits correctly.
✅ Is the plug sitting correctly? You'll know by the straight line – all pins are securely in place.
❌ Warning: No kinks in the tubes, don't sit on them – your Reboots won't like that.
Schritt 2:
TURN ON & SELECT PROGRAM
Turn on the control unit and select the appropriate program for your session. Depending on whether you're in recovery after training or want to activate your muscles before exertion, a different program is suitable.
Important: Check the user manual beforehand to find out which program fits your goal – for maximum effect in your individual recovery phase.
Step 3:
Lean back & recover
Got everything set up? Then sit back, hit Start – and enjoy the session.
