What distinguishes the Go X, Go X Lite, and Go X Mini?

The difference lies in the number of air chambers:

  • Go X: 8 chambers per leg
  • Go X Lite: 6 chambers per leg
  • Go X Mini: 4 chambers per leg

The more chambers, the more even and targeted the compression massage. The Go X Mini is the compact entry into the Go-X family – solid coverage, wide pressure zones, and just right if you want to start cordless.

Can I take my Reboots Go X Mini on a plane?

Yes, absolutely!
Thanks to its tubeless design, compact size, and detachable control unit, the Go X Mini is perfect for travel. You can easily carry the battery separately in your hand luggage.

How long does the battery last?

The battery lasts up to 1.5 hours in operation. Perfect for multiple uses throughout the day—no matter where you are. The Go X Mini can also be charged from a power outlet while you're using it.
Note: The power adapter is not included—only the USB-C connection cable!

How do I find the optimal program?

In the Reboots app, you can choose from 8 different massage programs – depending on whether you want quick recovery, gentle relaxation, or intense activation. Customize the sequence, pressure, and zones to match your current training or competition load.

How can I use the Program Designer for free?

All products from the Go X series purchased after March 22nd automatically receive a code for free use of the Program Designer in the Reboots app after purchase. You can easily redeem the code in the App Store, and detailed instructions will be provided in the email. Important: The Program Designer is only available for iOS.

  • Before Exercise – Warm Up & Activate

    1. Put on: Pull up the Go X Pants to your hips – they should fit snugly but comfortably.
    2. Connect the app: Enable Bluetooth, open the Reboots app, connect Go X.
    3. Select program:
      Flow, Impulse
      or Double for gentle, gradual compression
      Ideal for warming up & muscle activation
    4. Set pressure: Low to medium pressure recommended
      Duration: Use for 10–15 minutes while lying down, avoid sitting if possible, as it creates a constriction in the groin area. It's important to use it with the hips almost extended.
  • After Exercise – Recovery & Relaxation

    1. Put on & connect: ideally within the first 60 minutes after training (as above)
    2. Select program:
      Intense
      , Intense Flow or Impulse for quick lactate removal
      Intense Double for particularly stressed calves/lower legs
    3. Set pressure: Medium to high – depending on tolerance
    4. Duration: 20–30 minutes, relaxed position recommended
    5. After use: Turn off Go X, remove Pants & wipe with a damp cloth or a non-aggressive disinfectant.
