User Manual

You can find the complete user manual here – everything you need to know for safe use.

Step 1:

Stand firm

Place your Reboots Ice Tub Chiller on a flat, stable surface.

Important: The Chiller should not be higher than the Ice Tub itself – otherwise, the water won't flow properly.
Schritt 2:

Hose connection

YOU HAVE A CONNECTION

Then only the lower connection is used:

  • Connect it to the "Water Out" connection on the chiller.
  • The water circulation then occurs internally in the Ice Tub.

Tip: Make sure all connections are tightly screwed and the clamps are securely fastened. This is the only way to ensure the system is sealed and functions perfectly.

Schritt 2:

Hose connection

YOU HAVE TWO CONNECTIONS:

Then connect two hoses:

  • The upper connection on the Ice Tub connects to the "Water Out" connection on the chiller.
  • The lower connection leads to the "Water In" connection on the chiller.
  • Make sure to securely fasten both hoses with the metal buckle.

This creates a closed water circuit – for a constant temperature in the Ice Tub.

FAQs

What is the difference between the Ice Tub and the Ice Tub Pro?

The Ice Tub Pro also includes the powerful Ice Tub Chiller, which keeps the water consistently at your desired temperature. This way, you can enjoy your ice bath anytime – without relying on ice.

At what height should the chiller be placed?

For the best results, position the chiller at the same level or below the ice tub.

How do I keep the water fresh in the Ice Tub?

It's simple: Always keep the lid on when you're not using it. This keeps everything clean. Depending on where your Ice Tub is located, make sure to clean your feet before getting in to avoid bringing dirt into the Ice Tub. Change the water regularly if you notice it's not as clean or algae are forming. Also, regularly clean the interior walls of the Ice Tub. (With the Ice Tub Chiller, it's important to clean the filter regularly.)

Can the Ice Tub Pro with Chiller be used outdoors?

The Ice Tub is made for the outdoors – UV and weather-resistant, you can easily use it outside.

The Chiller prefers a bit more protection: Please do not leave it exposed to rain or frost; instead, place it under a roof or use a weatherproof cover.

How do I empty the Ice Tub?

With our integrated faucet, you can easily drain the Ice Tub. Just connect the included hose or turn it on directly and let the water flow out—it's that simple!

Something wrong?

Here you'll find quick solutions for the most common problems

Problem

Possible Cause

Proposed Solution

The chiller is not working / no power supply / the control panel is not lighting up

Poor power connection, blown fuse, faulty circuit, tripped residual current device, or the control panel is defective.

Check the power switch and the plug. Replace the fuse and ensure the plug has the correct voltage and frequency. Make sure the outlet is properly grounded. For more information, feel free to contact us.

The water pump isn't working / can't circulate the water properly or has a weak water flow.

The pump is not turned on or is not working properly.

Check if the cooler is properly turned on and replace the water pump.

The intake and exhaust valves are closed. The connecting hose is tangled. There are leaks at the contact points.

Check if the hoses are properly connected and if the inlet and outlet valves are open. Look for any water leaks and reconnect everything as instructed in the user manual.

There is no water or not enough water in the tub. The filter is no longer working.

Check if enough water has been filled into the tub (the water level in the tub should be higher than the top edge of the cooler). Clean the filter regularly.

The radiator is mounted too high.

Check if the cooler is positioned correctly (it should not be higher than the tub).
