What is the Program Designer?

The Program Designer is an exclusive premium feature for Reboots users with a Go X model. For the first time, it allows you to create your own recovery programs from scratch – without any predefined schemes.

Where previously programs were predefined and sequences could be combined from them, a new era begins with the Program Designer: You define every step, every chamber, every pause yourself – just like in your training.

How it works – Step by step

1. Open Program Designer

In the Reboots app under "My Recovery" you will find a green plus symbol at the top right. This starts the Program Designer – even without an active device.

2. Set program steps

You can create up to 16 steps – e.g., different zones, intensities, or sequences.

3. Activate chambers

In each step, you decide exactly which chambers are active. Tap on the dots to turn the chambers on or off individually. The white dots represent active chambers, the gray ones represent inactive ones. You want to activate only the calves in step 1 and the thighs in step 2? No problem.

4. Edit Order and Structure

You can change the order of your steps as you like using drag & drop. Each step is customizable and flexible. If you want to delete a step, click on the trash can icon at the top right.

5. Preview & save

Now you can test and save your program in an animation – including description and naming.

6. Adjust pressure & side

The pressure can be set for each chamber and side of the leg separately – ideal for asymmetrical loads or injuries.

With the 🔒 symbol, you can fix a setting:

  • When the lock is closed → the pressure is adjusted on both legs simultaneously.
  • When the lock is open → you only adjust the currently selected leg.

7. Define Duration, Hold Time & Intervals

You determine how long a step runs, how long the pressure is held, and how much pause is between the steps. This creates your very own massage flow.

💡 TIP:

  •  Set a longer hold time to specifically maintain pressure in an area for longer (e.g., thigh for muscle hardening).
  •  Short intervals = dynamic flow, long intervals = more relaxation.

8. Final save

Tap "Reset settings" if you want to reset all your current print and time settings to their default values – your program schema will remain intact.

If everything fits, tap the green "Save" button. Your program will then be saved in your program list and can be combined into the sequences.
