Tamara seems to be the prime example of many cliché bikers, because the most common answer you heard from her during the interview was: Coffee! Coffee! Coffee! 

A life without coffee would probably be just as unimaginable for the Austrian as a life without mountain biking. But in order for her to reach her maximum performance in her passion, proper regeneration is also necessary. 1. What sport do you play and how did you get into it?

Mountain biking or Cross Country My first great passion was skiing, which I did alongside mountain biking until I was 17. Since I wanted to stay fit in the summer and many of my friends were already in the local MTB club, I joined a training session and have never stopped since!

2. What makes your sport special?

The special thing about mountain biking is to ride up the short, technical climbs at full throttle and then immediately ride a very technical, challenging trail.

3. What has been your greatest sporting achievement so far?

Top 5 in U23 World Cup in USA

4. What is your hobby outside of sports?

Skiing!!!! And I like to paint/draw to relax

5. Which song do you like to listen to most during recovery?

Walking on a Dream - Empire of the Sun

Everything about Recovery

1. What does perfect recovery look like for you?

My perfect recovery is when I get off the bike, make myself a good coffee and shake, and then lie down in my Reboots - just lying there and relaxing!

2. When do you like to use your Reboots the most?

In the afternoon while reading.

3. How important is the topic of "regeneration" to you?

Regeneration is just as important to me as training! So very important or / top priority! Because: this is where you get stronger!

4. What is your insider tip for using the Reboots?

Preferably 30 minutes on program B at pressure level 12 and then sometimes briefly program A at pressure level 14, so that you can really feel it!

5. What do you occupy yourself with while you are in the Reboots?

I love to read and relax my body and mind!

6. What does the perfect day look like for you?

Good coffee and a good breakfast in the morning! A session with intervals and then another good coffee and reading in my Reboots.
