Relight

Red doesn't mean stop for us. Red means go.

You know red as a limit. We show you red as a reward.

In everyday life, red is almost always a warning signal. In training, you know red differently—as the zone where you give it your all. Relight gives this red a second meaning: the red after the effort.

What is red light therapy?

From Limit to Light

Red light therapy uses red and near-infrared light that penetrates deeper into the skin than normal light. It doesn't get hot, it doesn't burn. You simply lie or stand in the light.

At Reboots, it's not just an evening routine, it's part of the training: for activation before, during, and after the session. That's why Relight comes in three formats: mat, compact panel, large stand panel.

A session lasts 10 to 30 minutes. Turn it on, choose a mode, and get started.

On the mat, focused at the panel, or standing. The same light, three ways.

State of Research

How does red light work?

BLUE 480

Blue light is being studied in dermatological research for its interactions with certain skin bacteria and is considered the strongest known regulator of the internal clock. That's why it's part of the activation mode and not the evening routine.

GREEN 525

Green light is a young research field with its own mechanism. Initial studies focus on bone-related cells. The data available here is significantly narrower than in the red and near-infrared range.

RED 630 + 660 nm

The most extensively and widely studied area. Studies examine the interaction between red light and skin tissue; for 660 nm, they also explore connections with sleep quality and melatonin levels in athletes.

NEAR-INFRARED 810–850 nm

The most extensively researched window in the sports context regarding athletic strain, muscle performance, and muscle soreness. 850 nm is considered the physical optimum for penetration depth and cellular effect.

DEEPER NEAR-INFRARED 940–1060 nm

There is growing research on these wavelengths, but not as extensive as in the classic areas. We are deliberately cautious here.

Red light is not just a post-sport tool. The application adapts to you, not your routine to the device.
