Step 1:

Connect everything

Before you get started, you need to connect the cuffs to the device – depending on which model you are using:

For Boots:
Connect the hose set to the connectors on the leg cuffs. Make sure to follow the correct order: The longest hose goes to the foot chamber, and the rest follow step by step up to the hip. The shading on the plugs helps you with the assignment.

For Pants:
Connect the control unit directly to the integrated cable of the Pants.

Connect Multi-Plug:
Press the clips on the plug simultaneously and firmly insert the Multi-Plug into the device.

Connect power supply:
Connect the power supply to the device and the socket to charge the battery. For the first use, make sure to use with power supply so that the battery charges fully.

TURN ON & SELECT PROGRAM

Turn on your Go Lite by pressing the "On/Off" button on the top of the control unit.

Then connect the device with the Reboots App on your smartphone and choose the appropriate program. Whether you're recovering or want to activate your muscles before training – there's the right program for every goal.

Our tip for starters:
10-15 min | program B | pressure level 5
10-15 min | program A | highest pressure level you
are comfortable with
10-15 min | program B or C | pressure level 4

The Reboots Go X Mini offers you more customization and is the more innovative setup. You can adjust the pressure in each leg area separately – for pinpoint regeneration. Plus, the system works wirelessly without hoses or a large control unit, making it super mobile.

The Reboots Go Lite is our compact entry-level model. Here too, you control it conveniently via app, but with fewer adjustment options.

Can I take my Reboots Go Lite on the plane?

Yes, no problem!
Thanks to its compact size, light weight, and detachable control unit, the Go Lite is perfect for travel. You can easily carry the control unit in your hand luggage.

How long does the battery last?

The battery lasts up to 2 hours in operation. Perfect for multiple uses throughout the day – no matter where you are. The Go Lite can also be charged at a power outlet while you're using it.

How do I properly connect the cuffs?

The hose system is securely connected via quick connectors and multi-plugs
– an audible click indicates the correct fit.

Can I use just one cuff?

Yes, you can also use just one side flexibly with the blind plug here.

How do I find the optimal program?

In the Reboots app, you can choose from 7 different massage programs – depending on whether you want quick recovery, gentle relaxation, or intense activation. Customize the sequence, pressure, and zones to match your current training or competition load.

Can I control the Go Lite via the app?

Yes! You control programs, intensities, and time conveniently via the Reboots app – quickly, intuitively, and directly from your smartphone.

What's better: Boots or Pants?

Clearly: The Pants.

Why? Because they not only cover your legs but also include your hips, glutes (Gluteus), and lower back – precisely the muscle groups that are heavily used during intense training sessions or long days.
