What is the difference from the Relight Mini?
The Mat is a full-body product for the floor, allowing you to move freely. The Mini is a panel for targeted application on specific areas, featuring four wavelengths and nine modes.
Do I see the light?
You can see the red light at 660 nm. The near-infrared light at 850 nm is invisible to the eye — but it's still on.
How long should a session last?
We recommend 10 to 20 minutes, 3 to 5 times a week. Consistency is more effective than duration.
How do I store the mat?
