Fit legs faster

Shorter recovery time = more training
ACCELERATED REGENERATION
HOW DOES COMPRESSION MASSAGE WORK?
Intensive running training leads to small tears as well as metabolic waste within our muscles and cells. The result: stiff, tired muscles, which often result in strains, overuse injuries, and damage. To repair the damaged fibers, the body enhances blood circulation to improve the supply of nutrients and oxygen.
The compression massages provided by our Reboots can support this natural process, shorten the regeneration time, and thus reduce the risk of injuries.
SCIENTIFIC STUDY CONFIRMS
REBOOTS IMPROVE MUSCLE RECOVERY
A scientific study has confirmed that our neuromuscular system (NMS) recovers faster when using our massage programs compared to a passive recovery process. Given the critical role that the NMS plays in the coordination and resilience of our muscles, it can be concluded that, for instance, a 45-minute air compression massage allows athletes to return to a training-ready state more quickly.
Recovery with reboots
What is important?
The more chambers, the smoother and more effective the massage.
The massage should not be too weak and not too strong. Adjust the pressure to your needs.
Boots massage your legs, while pants additionally cover the glutes (buttock muscles). Pants massage a larger area than boots.
Reboots are available with and without a battery. Depending on where you want to use them, you will therefore need a device with or without a battery.
