Requirements
- Applies only to compression massage sets — no accessories, no other products
- Condition doesn't matter: every submitted set receives the same discount
- Old and new purchases must be made through the same channel (reboots.com) and by the same person
- Cross-trade-in allowed: the old and new models do not have to be identical
- Customer must be 18 or older
- Refurbished devices are also part of the “Reboots Swap” promotion
- Participation in the “Reboots Swap” promotion can be combined with other promotions when purchasing a new device.
- To participate in the “Reboots Swap” promotion, the participant must have completed the online form and submitted it along with the old device within a maximum of 30 days after purchasing the new device

Does my old set still need to work?
No. The condition doesn't matter. You'll get the 20% regardless of whether your set is still running or not.
Can I send in a single cuff?
Currently, we only accept returns of complete sets (control unit + cuff + hose).
Does my new model have to match the old one?
No. You can, for example, send in your old One-Set and buy a Go X in return – exactly what you want.
How quickly will I receive my discount?
As soon as your old set arrives, we'll credit 20% to the invoice for your new set and notify you via email.
What is the cost of return shipping?
Nothing. After filling out the form, you'll receive a free return label from us.
