How do I keep the water in the Ice Tub fresh?
Quite simply: Always keep the lid on when you're not using it. This way, everything stays clean. Depending on where your Ice Tub is located, make sure to clean your feet before getting in to avoid bringing dirt into the Ice Tub. Change the water regularly if you notice it's no longer clean or algae are forming. Also, regularly clean the inner walls of the Ice Tub.
Can the Ice Tub Pro with chiller be used outdoors?
The Ice Tub is made for outdoor use – UV and weather resistant, you can use it outdoors without any problems.
The chiller prefers a bit more protection: Please do not place it unprotected in rain or frost, but instead place it under a roof or use a weatherproof cover.
How do I empty the Ice Tub?
With our integrated faucet, you can easily drain the Ice Tub. Connect the supplied hose or turn it on directly and let the water drain out – it's child's play!
What is the ideal water temperature?
For beginners, we recommend 15°C. After that, you can slowly lower the temperature to acclimate your body to the cold. Experienced users often aim for below 10°C. With the chiller, you can easily set your desired temperature.
Is the chiller loud?
No, the chiller was designed for quiet operation and is barely audible – comparable to a refrigerator.
