Start immediately after training or the end of the game with stretching, massages, sensible nutrition, and continue at home or in the team bus with my Reboots Go Lite.

Watching sports on the sofa or while traveling.

Due to the high training volume in my younger years and my now advanced athlete age, it has actually been extremely important throughout my entire career!

30 min Program C with my Reboots Golite, pressure strength at the limit, so that I can really feel the blood flow when the air is released. (Edit: Of course, this should always be decided according to one's own comfort.)

A giant breakfast, shopping or time outside with the family, lunch and a power nap, followed by a coffee break and a successful sports session. Then dinner with the teammates.
