1. What does perfect regeneration look like for you?
For me, perfect regeneration begins with regular exercise, sensible training, a good diet, and plenty of water, and of course, enough sleep. After that, it is also very important to use stretching and massage exercises to support a quick recovery.
2. When do you like to use your Reboots the most?
I always use my Reboots first after a round of golf. When I get home, I take a shower and then recover for 30 minutes in the Reboots. It's the best feeling after walking around the golf course for 5 hours.
3. How important is the topic of "regeneration" to you?
This is really important because my sport requires a lot of energy. We run and carry a golf bag for 5 hours between 18 holes and about 8 kilometers. Therefore, we have to rely on recovery methods such as a nutritious diet, stretching exercises, and massages.
4. What is your insider tip for using the Reboots?
Actually, all the programs are great. Every time I use a restart, I try out a different program, but I always use it for the same duration: 30 minutes because otherwise I fall asleep (haha)
5. What do you occupy yourself with while you are in the Reboots?
In general, I watch TV, which can be golf tournaments or YouTube videos. But sometimes I also like to work on my own videos during this time.
