1. What does perfect regeneration look like for you?
Perfect regeneration means taking a short walk, just to move a little, and then having a long session in my Reboots.
2. When do you like to use your Reboots the most?
Always and everywhere. I always have them with me on away trips and travels and use them daily.
3. How important is the topic of "regeneration" to you?
Regeneration is currently one of the most important topics for me. We sometimes play 7-8 games a month with the club, and even in the summer with the national team, we sometimes play 4 games in a week. Without regeneration, nothing works!
4. What is your insider tip for using the Reboots?
Download the app and have a complete overview of strength, remaining time, and program guide. Personalize your program as you need it and let's go! My favorite is definitely on the sofa with a cup of tea and an episode on TV :)
5. What do you occupy yourself with while you are in the Reboots?
I'm trying not to engage with anything and just completely relax! Double regeneration for body and mind :)
6. What does the perfect day look like for you?
Sleep in late and enjoy a cozy coffee in bed, then take a short walk and play games with friends :)
