Jonas Schomburg

Sports have always been an integral part of Jonas Schomburg's life. He started with gymnastics, then moved on to swimming, until it became clear that a single sport wasn't fulfilling for him in the long run. Through his father, he eventually discovered triathlon, which offered the perfect challenge for him: versatile, intense, and never monotonous. Today, Jonas is one of the most well-known German triathletes internationally. His 2nd place in Roth and his two Olympic participations exemplify his journey and the passion with which he lives this sport.

“Whether it's ice bathing, Boots, sleep, or nutrition: For me, recovery is a central part of performance. Only then can I deliver quality day after day.”

– Jonas Schomburg

When Jonas hits those tough intervals, sometimes it's Rihanna blasting in his ears. This mix of energy, focus, and joy describes him perfectly. Despite the intensity of his training, he knows one thing for sure: Progress only happens when recovery is taken as seriously as the effort itself.

Recover to rise.
