"Regeneration does not yet have the importance it should for many athletes. It is so important to not only adjust the levers of training but also of regeneration in conjunction with a healthy lifestyle. In addition to a balanced diet, sleep, and adequate fluid intake, Reboots provide very effective support for improving regeneration and performance."

What are the differences in the care of individual athletes and teams with regard to regeneration?

The difference between individual and team sports is clearly in the organizational structure. Individual athletes often have to take care of their own recovery and are responsible for how they manage it. In team sports, on the other hand, there are often very strict guidelines.

What would be your "number 1" tip for all athletes to improve recovery?

My number one tip would be: Sleep well and consciously. Eat healthily, drink enough water, and possibly something isotonic during sports. Use wearables and tools that benefit you – if you really feel that something is good for you, then you're doing everything right.
