1. How important is the topic of "regeneration" to you?
J: The topic plays an enormous role for me. Especially on tournament trips, where we sometimes have to play several matches every day, it is important to get the body back to top level as quickly as possible. For me, the topics of nutrition, sleep, stretching, fascia training, and most recently the Recovery Boots play a very important role. Only in a rested state can we be successful nationally and especially internationally.
M: Very important, as we have a very high workload and train a lot and have many competitions. We need to recover very quickly to be fit again.
2. What does perfect recovery look like for you?
J: Directly after the load:
1) Stretching
2) Ice-cold shower
3) Reboots
4) healthy nutrition
M: With the Reboots, we have found the perfect regeneration to relax our muscles.
3. When do you like to use your Reboots the most?
J: Before the training/competition, 15min with the Warm-Up (Double) program & after the training, 35-45min with the Intense Flow (A) program.
M: In the evening after training or the competition, on the couch or in bed.
4. Your secret tip for using Reboots: What do you recommend to other athletes for the recovery session with Reboots?
J: The best effect with the Reboots is achieved directly after exertion to accelerate the regeneration process. My tip: 30-40 min Reboots with program B or A. It can be quite intense, but you don't have to go to your pain threshold. I have currently found the optimal strength for myself with program A and level 12/13.
M: I find it best in the evenings. At the moment, I'm doing a program of just under 30 minutes with a pressure level of 10.
5. What do you occupy yourself with while lying in the Reboots?
J: I never go to the tournament without one or more bananas & no sleep without a sleep mask :D
M: I can't lose!
