Regeneration for Women in Sports: Why Recovery Should Not Be Overlooked

Magdalena Bürk

Your Cycle. Your Superpower.
The Reboots Female Campaign for International Women's Day

Many women train hard – yet they still rarely take time for recovery. Not because they don't need it, but because they often don't feel "tough enough" for it.

We're changing that:
Recovery is not a luxury. Recovery is part of sports. For every woman.

YOU DESERVE TO RECOVER.

What the Female Campaign is About

With our campaign, we aim to empower, educate, and encourage women in sports to integrate recovery more consciously into their training. The focus is on:

  • Female Recovery & Regeneration
  • Cycle-based Training & Hormones
  • Body Awareness instead of just "pushing through"
  • Community & Education

It's important to us to address the topic without clichés, but with real value: understandable, empowering, and relatable.

Female Expert Talk on March 12 (online)

A highlight of the campaign is our live talk:

📅 March 12
🕒 6:30 PM
⏱️ approx. 60 minutes
💻 online

“Your Cycle. Your Superpower.”

Cycle-based training, living & regeneration – in conversation with Steffi Platt & Physio Jasper.

In the talk, Steffi and Jasper provide a compact overview of the key basics around cycle, training, nutrition, and Recovery – practical and easy to understand.

What to expect:

  • Cycle basics: What happens when – and why it's relevant
  • Nutrition for cycle-appropriate training
  • Cycle-based training: the key principles
  • Regeneration & Recovery in everyday life
  • Q&A / Space for questions

Important: The talk is intentionally an introduction – a compact overview, not a deep dive into every detail.

RECOVERY, BUT MAKE IT ICONIC.
