1. What sport do you play and how did you get into it?

I started playing golf 15 years ago when my best friend and I went fishing on the beach. He brought a golf ball and started digging a small hole in the sand. And then he let me putt the golf ball with a shovel. To be honest, I really enjoyed playing golf on the beach and then decided to go to a golf club to start playing golf.

2. What makes your sport special?

Golf is a special sport because you can play it for a lifetime. It requires patience, control of your emotions, critical thinking, courage, determination and a host of other qualities. Golf has a positive impact on life.

3. What has been your greatest sporting achievement to date?

My biggest achievement so far was the day I played a pro-am with some of the most famous players on the PGA TOUR, the biggest tour in golf

4. What is your hobby outside of sport?

Shooting.

5. what motivates you to play your sport and get up in the morning?

I play in the most peaceful environments, enjoying the beauty of nature every time and sharing great moments with friends. And in the morning? My daughter.

Everything about recovery

1. What does perfect recovery look like for you?

For me, perfect recovery starts with regular exercise, sensible training, good nutrition and sufficient water and, of course, enough sleep. After that, it is also very important to use stretching and massage exercises to support a quick recovery.

2. When do you prefer to use your Reboots?

I always use my Reboots first thing after a round of golf. When I get home, I take a shower and then relax in the Reboots for 30 minutes. That's the best feeling after walking around the golf course for 5 hours.

3. How important is the topic of "regeneration" for you?

It's really important because my sport requires a lot of energy. We walk and carry a golf bag for 5 hours between 18 holes and about 8 kilometers. That's why we have to resort to recovery methods such as a nutritious diet, stretching exercises and massages.

4. What's your secret tip when using the Reboots?

Actually, all the programs are great. Every time I use a reboot, I try a different program, but I always use it for the same duration: 30 minutes because otherwise I fall asleep (haha)

5. What do you do while you're in the Reboots?

I generally watch TV, which can be golf tournaments or YouTube videos. But sometimes I also like to work on my own videos during this time.
