1. What sport do you do and how did you get into it?
I freestyle ski and got into it through a YouTube video of an American boy skiing on the glacier.

I think what makes my sport special is that I can express myself with my tricks!

Fifth place at the 2022 Olympic Games in Beijing
What motivates you to get up every day? - Be better than yesterday!
Between you and me: Tell us a fun fact about you that no one knows yet! - During the 2022 Beijing Olympics, after a few days of Chinese food, I ate Pizza Hut almost every day until the end of the trip!
1. How important is "regeneration" to you?
Having a "fresh" feeling in your legs every morning is especially important when you have long training days ahead of you.
2. What does the perfect recovery look like for you?
I would take a short walk to chase the last rays of sunshine, and then get right into my Reboots Go Lite and do some stretching afterwards.
3. When do you prefer to use your Reboots?
Before going to sleep.
4. Your insider tip for using Reboots: what do you recommend other athletes do for their recovery session with Reboots?
As soon as I wake up, I use Double (F) PRE as a "warm-up" at pressure level 10, then before bed I like to use Intense Flow (A) at pressure level 10.
5. What do you do when you're in reboots?
While I'm lying in the reboots, I like to read a few books.
6. What else would you like to share with the reboots community?
Taking care of your own body is really important. Recovering with Reboots after an intense workout is the best!!!
