1. What sport do you do and how did you get into it?

I got into triathlon and running through strength training. Currently I combine strength and endurance with the Hyrox.

2. What makes your sport special?

Finding that balance of strength and endurance. To master the 8 different exercises as quickly as possible and at the same time to be able to run the 8 x 1km as fast as possible in between.

3. What criteria do you use to decide which competitions to take part in?

In general, I have to be up for the competition, then it has to be timely and the location is also important.

4. How do you deal with the "hole" after a big competition?

Two weeks of training as you please, then look for new goals and competitions and prepare for them in a targeted manner.

5. What does an ideal day look like for you?

My day is perfect when I can fit in two workouts and still be able to spend time with my son and wife. And of course what should not be missing for the perfect day is delicious food!

Everything about recovery

1. How important is the topic of "regeneration" for you?

Very important. Given the high number and intensity of training, it is very important for me to start each training session as relaxed as possible.

2. What does the perfect regeneration look like for you?

A shake right after training, off to the shower and then straight into the reboots :)

3. When is your favorite time to use your reboots?

To warm up just before the unit to start the unit already "warm" and ready.

After the session to directly boost regeneration. But also independent of the training in the evening in front of the TV on the couch.

3. What are your top secret tips for a perfect reboots routine?

My secret tip: Immediately after the session, wear the Reboots One Pants for 30 minutes at the highest pressure level and the Impulse program.

The cool thing is that you can use the time for alternative activities during this time. For me, these mostly consist of watching TV, reading and listening to music.

4. What would you like to say to the Reboots community?

In a nutshell: Off to the reboots and no more heavy legs ;)
