Viktoria Berlin has been taking an unusual path since 2022. The first women's team is independently managed by a female founding team, designed like a start-up, independent and explicitly not as a "B-team of the men." The goal, besides sporting success, is a real change in German football and a positive societal impact. The sporting journey speaks for itself. Starting in the Regionalliga Nord-Ost in 2022, through the championship and direct promotion in 2025, Viktoria Berlin has been playing in the 2. Bundesliga since the 2025/26 season, currently in their second season at this level. The team is based at the Stadion Lichterfelde, where sold-out crowds of over 3,600 fans have already been celebrated. We are particularly proud of the attitude behind the sporting success. Viktoria Berlin stands for fairness, equality, and equal opportunities and is supported by a broad network of over 250 female investors who believe in the vision of more visibility and progress in women's football.
