Longevity doesn't start with supplements. It starts with the basics.
Thomas is deeply involved in longevity and biohacking, bringing a refreshingly non-dogmatic perspective. For him, it's not about the one perfect routine, but finding the right balance between ambition and everyday life.
"I'm a big fan of the 80-20 principle. Don't overdo it, do everything adequately, and without stress. Sleep well, eat well, move well, and you're halfway there."
Why Longevity Starts with the Basics for Him
For Thomas, longevity isn't a set of rules but a matter of routine. Before considering supplements or optimization, he prioritizes good nutrition, sufficient sleep, and regular exercise.
His own body awareness also plays a bigger role for him than pure data tracking. Numbers can support, but never replace, his intuition for his own body.

What he thinks about longevity
For Thomas, longevity doesn't mean sacrifice or discipline at all costs. It's about finding a routine that can be sustained in the long term without dominating everyday life.
He sees supplements and tracking as useful additions, but only once the basics are in place. -
His Perfect Rest Day
When asked about his perfect rest day, Thomas had a clear idea. Sleeping in, a relaxed start to the day, and some breathing exercises if he feels like it are part of it for him.
After that, he likes to grab something from the nearby bakery and enjoy a hearty, colorful breakfast with egg dishes, berries, and a grapefruit to finish. He spends the rest of the day relaxing outdoors, preferably swimming in the Munich area during summer.
However, he doesn't go completely without structure. Some magnesium and an anti-inflammatory supplement are part of his routine before he lets the day unfold.
