How does Reboots Swap work?
The principle is simple: After purchasing your new reboots, you fill out this short form, receive a return label from us by email and send us your old reboots back free of charge. As soon as we receive your old reboots - whether just the cuff (pants / boots) or the whole set (including the control unit) - we check the condition and then transfer you up to €500 as a refund for your new purchase.
How much money will I get on Reboots Swap?
It is important to us that you can estimate in advance how much credit you can expect when you send in your old reboots.

Tino Baier (name changed) is returning his Reboots One Recovery Boots Set after getting a Reboots Go Lite Recovery Pants 2.0 Set. Due to the good condition of the one set, he will receive a refund of €211 after sending it in and thus effectively only pays €488 for the brand new Reboots Go Lite Pants 2.0 instead of €699.
What does Reboots Swap do for me?
There are a number of reasons to join the program. Here are the top 5:
- You recover with a new device and thus ensure optimal recovery in the hard everyday training.
- You get cash: Instead of putting the old reboots in the corner or giving them away, you simply send them back to us. We make the process as easy as possible for you and it doesn't cost you anything, but brings you expected money.
- We take care of the further use of your old reboots, repair them if possible and give them to athletes or clubs. We only dispose of them for you if they are completely non-functional.
- Maybe you'll get the innovative Pants 2.0? The ergonomically optimized pants not only provide more comfort, but also a noticeable time saving, since more massage runs are possible in the same time.
- You are doing something for the environment: instead of putting the old reboots in the basement, you give them a new use by sending them back to us.
Who checks my old reboots after the return?
Our employees in the warehouse team have many years of experience and put the devices through their paces. If we classify your return as not in perfect condition, we will send you pictures and explain our decision with full transparency.
Who can participate in the Reboots Swap program?
Basically, if you bought your old reboots from us and bought new ones, you can participate. Of course there are a few exceptions, which we list below for you:
- You should have purchased your old device from www.reboots.com
- In the first 30 days after purchasing the new device, you have the opportunity to participate in the Reboots Swap program
- You have correctly entered all data (name, e-mail, old and new order number, IBAN) on the form
- You are over 18 years old - both at the time of purchasing the old device and the new device
- Participation in the Reboots Swap program cannot be combined with other discount campaigns
- Only one old device will be charged for each newly purchased Reboots model
- Refurbished devices are not part of Reboots Swap.
A payout is excluded if the participant:
- did not purchase an Eligible Product and/or
- did not send in an old product and/or
- has not provided all the documents required for the application and/or
- the required information is incomplete or incorrect and/or
- has canceled the purchase contract for the product (withdrawal, rescission, etc.)
- if no purchase contract has been concluded.
