Ice-cold to peak performance
The healthy biohacking trend for your recovery
Ice bathing is the ultimate biohacking trend for rapid recovery and increased energy. The cold boosts blood circulation, reduces inflammation, and alleviates pain, helping you recover faster after intense training sessions. At the same time, regular cold training strengthens the immune system, stimulates metabolism, and helps the body to reduce stress.
With the Reboots Ice Tub, you can enjoy all the benefits of ice bathing flexibly at home, without needing to set up a bulky tub or travel to a lake.
Cool down, power up
Stays cold longer thanks to 6-layer thermal insulation
The six layers of thermal insulation keep the water cold for longer. The double-insulated lid further enhances the insulation and protects against dirt. This way, the water stays not only colder for longer but also clean!
Recovery to-go
Mobile, practical, easy to transport
Whether at home, in training camp, or at a competition – the Reboots Ice Tub is quick to set up and fits perfectly into the included carry bag. With a capacity of 340 litres, it’s ideal for smaller spaces.
Design meets quality
High-quality design for long-lasting performance
The outer shell of the Ice Tub, made from stylish Oxford fabric with a waterproof membrane, is durable and robust. No risk of tears or holes – just strong, as you need it.
Easy to set up and take down
The integrated water tap allows for easy and controlled drainage of the water, without lifting or tipping. Clean and convenient!
Setup takes less than 10 minutes. Insert the included rods, inflate the double ring, attach the waterproof outer layer, fill with water, and your ice bath is ready. All steps are clearly explained in the setup instructions.
It's simple: Always keep the lid on when you're not using it to keep everything clean. Depending on where your Ice Tub is located, make sure to clean your feet before getting in to avoid bringing in dirt. Change the water regularly if you notice it’s no longer clean or if algae start to form. Also, regularly clean the interior walls of the Ice Tub.
Yes, the Ice Tub is weather and UV-resistant and can easily be set up outdoors.
With our integrated water tap, you can easily drain the Ice Tub. Attach the included hose or simply turn the tap to let the water flow out – it's that simple!
We recommend starting at 15°C. You can gradually lower the temperature to help your body adapt to the cold. Experienced users often aim for below 10°C.
Start with 3-5 minutes at 15°C. Important: Listen to your body and increase the duration gradually – it’s about your recovery, not endurance. If you have cardiovascular conditions or other health concerns, please consult your doctor beforehand!
Yes, you can, but be sure to check whether your balcony is suitable for this. Ensure that the size of the balcony and its load-bearing capacity are sufficient. If you're unsure, it's best to have it checked by an expert. It's recommended to place the ice bath near a drain so that water can easily flow out when you need to empty the ice bath.
Ice bathing can have many positive effects, but it's important to start safely:
Our tip: Give your body time to get used to the cold, starting with temperatures between 10 and 15 degrees, and only slowly increase the duration you stay in the ice bath.
