How it works

Try for 3 months – then full flexibility

You order your desired device online as usual. The first 3 months are paid upfront. Shortly after, your device is shipped and you can start right away. After that, the rental continues automatically on a monthly basis.

Cancel monthly or buy out anytime

The minimum rental period is 3 months. After that, you can cancel monthly or decide to buy out the device at any time.

After 12 months, it automatically becomes yours

If you keep the device, it will automatically become yours after 12 months. You don't need to do anything else – the device simply stays with you.

All payments will be credited

If you decide to buy out, all previously paid rental amounts will be credited. You only pay the remaining balance.

Manage rental yourself

You can adjust your rental anytime. Whether you want to cancel, return, or buy out – a quick contact with customer service is all it takes, and everything will be sorted out for you swiftly.

Free Shipping & Returns

Shipping to you and returns are completely free. There are no additional or hidden costs.

Easy Returns & Support

If you want to return the device, you will receive a return label. An earlier return is also possible at any time. If there's a problem, customer service will assist you quickly. You should report any damages within 3 days of receipt.

After the first 3 months, you can end your rental anytime.

If you want to keep your device, you can initiate the buyout directly yourself. All rental payments already made will be automatically credited – you only pay the remaining balance. Once paid, the device is permanently yours. If you need support, we're happy to help you anytime.

If you want to end the rental, you can cancel monthly and return the device for free. A return label will be provided automatically.

The longer you rent, the lower the remaining balance for the buyout. So you can test at your leisure and decide anytime if you want to keep your device.
