Step 1:

Important:
- Maximum 0.6 liters – no more should be added
- Use only distilled water – for a long device life
- No refilling during use
Step 2:
Connect & get started
Plug the adapter into the device's port – once it clicks, it's secure. Then into the socket (100–240 V) and you're ready to go.
Next, connect the hose:
- Narrow end to the appropriate cuff
- Wide end to the Cryo Pro – just snap it in.
Tip: Ensure the connections are secure – this keeps everything tight and running smoothly.
Step 3:
Properly apply the cuff
This is how the cuff fits perfectly:
- Lay it flat and smooth it out.
- Place it on the desired body part.
- Wrap it tightly and secure with the Velcro fasteners.
Tip: Make sure it fits snugly – this allows pressure & temperature to work optimally.

FAQs
What is the difference between Cryo Pro and Cryo One?
The Cryo One is ideal for private use at home or on the go for physios and trainers. You manually fill in water and control cold or heat via the water temperature (e.g., ice or hot water). The operation is simple, but you are somewhat more limited in the settings compared to the Cryo Pro. The Cryo One is perfect for anyone who wants a more affordable cryo device for home use.
The Cryo Pro, on the other hand, is the professional solution for practices and competitive sports. With an intuitive touch display, automatic temperature control, and integrated drainage function, it offers full control and consistent temperature – all without ice. Additionally, the device itself is somewhat lighter, more compact, and more precise in application than the Cryo One. More performance, more comfort, more efficiency.
What temperature ranges can I set?
You can choose cold applications between 5 and 15 °C and heat applications up to 40 °C – tailored to your specific goal and automatically adjustable on the device.
What types of massage are available?
The Cryo Pro offers three types of treatments: compression, massage, and relax (relaxation). These can be individually combined with temperature and duration.
How long does an application take?
The application duration is flexibly adjustable – from 5 to 90 minutes, depending on the program and need.
Is medical advice necessary?
If you have acute complaints or are unsure whether local cold or heat applications are suitable for you, we recommend seeking medical advice beforehand.
Is the Cryo Pro easy to clean?
Yes, the device has an integrated drainage function that automatically controls the water flow. Cuffs and control unit can be specifically emptied to ensure hygienic use.
