CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION FOR SOCIAL MEDIA CONTEST (INSTAGRAM & FACEBOOK)
1. Organizer
The organizer of the contest is Wellcosan GmbH, based in Germany, owner of the brands Reboots and Venen Engel, hereinafter referred to as "the organizer".
2. Purpose of the Contest
The purpose of this contest is to promote the Reboots and Venen Engel brand via the social network Instagram and to increase interaction and visibility of the official account.
3. Eligibility
All natural persons who:
are 18 years of age or older,
- have their legal residence in a European country,
- meet all the conditions mentioned in these terms of participation.
Excluded from participation are employees of the organizer, direct cooperation partners, and all persons professionally involved in the execution of the contest.
4. Duration of the Contest
The contest begins and ends as indicated in the post.
The time of the winner's announcement will be specified in the respective contest publication.
5. Prize
The prize consists of the products specified in the contest post.
Cash payment, exchange, or transfer of the prize is excluded.
6. Conditions of Participation
To participate in the contest, all of the following conditions must be met:
- Follow the official Reboots or Venen Engel Instagram account.
- Tag at least one person in the comments of the contest post.
- Share the contest post in an Instagram story.
Important Note – Counting of Entries
Each person participates only once in the contest, regardless of the number of tags or stories.
Multiple actions do not increase the chances of winning and serve solely to increase reach.
7. Determination of the Winner
The winner and a substitute winner will be determined by random draw from all valid entries using the platform Giveaway Picker for Instagram.
The organizer reserves the right to verify the validity of participation before the final confirmation of the win.
8. Notification and Acceptance of the Prize
The winner will be contacted via direct message on Instagram.
If there is no response within 7 calendar days or if the winner does not meet the participation conditions, the prize will be forfeited and passed on to the substitute winner.
9. Data Protection
The personal data collected in the context of the contest will be processed exclusively for the execution of the contest in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable German data protection regulations.
10. Disclaimer
The organizer assumes no liability for:
- technical disruptions on Instagram,
- transmission errors or failures,
- deleted content for reasons beyond its control.
Instagram is not connected to this contest and is neither a sponsor nor a co-organizer.
11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
This contest is exclusively subject to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany.
The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is – as far as legally permissible – Germany.
