Tamara in an interview

1. What sport do you play and how did you get into it?

Mountain biking or cross country My first big passion was skiing, which I did - until I was 17 - in parallel with mountain biking. Since I wanted to keep fit in the summer and many of my friends were already in the local MTB club, I went along for training and have never gotten off since!

2. What makes your sport special?

The special thing about mountain biking is going up the short, technical climbs at full throttle and then immediately riding a very technical, demanding trail.

3. What has been your greatest sporting success to date?

Top 5 in the U23 World Cup in USA

4. What is your hobby outside of sports?

To ski!!!! And I like to paint/draw to switch off

5. What song do you like to listen to while recovering?

Walking on a dream - Empire of the Sun

Everything about recovery

1. What does the perfect regeneration look like for you?

My perfect recovery is when I get off the bike, make myself a good coffee and shake and then lie down in my reboots - just lie there and relax!

2. When do you prefer to use your reboots?

Reading in the afternoon.

3. How important is the topic of “regeneration” for you?

For me, regeneration is just as important as training! So very important or / top priority! Because: you get stronger here!

4. What is your insider tip when using the reboots?

Preferably 30 minutes on program B at pressure level 12 and then sometimes a short program A at pressure level 14, so that you notice it clearly!

5. What do you keep yourself busy with while you're in the reboots?

I love reading and relaxing my body and mind!

6. What does the perfect day look like for you?

Good coffee as well as a good breakfast in the morning! A unit with intervals and then another good coffee and reading my reboots.
