1. What has been your greatest (sporting) success so far?

My greatest sporting success was winning the European League of Football championship in 2021. I was part of the team that produced this impressive performance and it was an incredibly proud moment for me and my teammates. But that was not all. I also had the honor of playing on the European League of Football All-Star team, which gave me an additional distinction and proved that I played an important role on that team.

It was also a special year as we beat Team USA which was a great achievement for us and shows that we can compete on the international playing field.

In 2017 I had the honor of being called up to the German national team. I still remember the moments of joy and excitement when I got to represent my national team at the World Games and we won the runners-up title together.

These experiences have taught me that hard work, discipline and passion are the keys to success in sport. I'm proud to have been part of these great teams and I hope to achieve even more sporting success in the future.

2. What motivates you to practice your sport?

As an American football player, what motivates me most is the competition and team spirit that comes with this sport. I love competing on the field and working with my teammates to achieve a common goal.

Every game is a new challenge and I always feel motivated to surpass myself and give everything to win as a team. We implement the strategies and tactics that we develop in training on the pitch and it's an incredible feeling when they're successful.

3. Who is your biggest role model and why?

My biggest role model is Keanu Reeves. I admire him not only as an actor but also as a person and a philanthropist.

Keanu Reeves has acted in numerous films throughout his career and has made a name for himself as an actor. But what I particularly appreciate about him is his modesty and his commitment to charitable causes.

Despite being a world famous actor, he often stays in the background and avoids the limelight. He is known for staying in modest hotels and not paying much attention to his looks or clothes.

In addition, he is also very active in supporting charities and foundations. He donates a large part of his fortune and is committed to fighting poverty, hunger and cancer.


4. What is your favorite hobby besides your sport?

My hobbies besides American football are the gym, spending time with my family and gaming.

For me, the gym is an important balance to training on the pitch. Here I can concentrate on my physical fitness and sometimes work out without having to pay attention to certain tactics and strategies.

Spending time with my family is also very important to me. Due to the intensive training and game schedule, there is often not much time left for joint activities, but when I do, I try to use them as best as possible. We like to go on trips together or just spend time at home together.

Finally, I also enjoy gaming as a way to relax and unwind. Here I can immerse myself in other worlds and be distracted from reality for a while. I also find the competitive aspect of gaming very appealing and I always try to challenge myself.

1. WHY IS REGENERATION SO IMPORTANT TO YOU?

American football requires strength, stamina and speed to compete on the field and I work hard to improve my physical fitness to be in the best possible shape. I love the physical aspect of American football, but recovery is important to avoid injury and keep performing.

2. What does the perfect regeneration look like for you?

First of all, it is important to get enough sleep, as this helps the body to regenerate. A balanced diet with sufficient proteins, carbohydrates and vitamins is also important to regenerate the muscles and recharge your batteries.

Furthermore, special regeneration exercises such as stretching, yoga or targeted muscle relaxation techniques can help to relieve tension and prevent injuries.

In addition to these general measures, special methods such as cryotherapy, massages or compression treatments such as the use of reboots can support regeneration and shorten recovery time.
