Have you found your Reboots model? Great!
Before you start, there's an important step: the right size. Only when the air chambers fit perfectly does the compression massage work as intended.
Here you'll find everything you need – from measurement instructions to model overview to tips for the perfect fit.
Why the right size is so crucial
Recovery Boots and Recovery Pants work with sequential pressure waves.
For the massage to hit the right spot, the air chambers need to be anatomically correct. The wrong size can mean key muscle groups aren't fully reached or the pressure isn't optimally distributed.
That's why: Size = Effectiveness.
Additionally, the model choice plays a role. The options are:
- Recovery Boots
- Recovery Pants
- Pants 2.0
Each system covers different areas – and thus the benefits vary.
RECOVERY PANTS & PANTS 2.0
maximum coverage, minimal effort
Pants
- One size – no length choice
- Available as Reboots One Lite
- Adjustable to leg circumference (with extension)
- The most comprehensive coverage of all models
Pants 2.0
- available in size S/M and L
- Adjustable to leg circumference (with extension)
- Compatible with Reboots One, One Pro and Go Lite
- Optimal fit without slipping
GoX / GoX Lite / GoX Mini
- available in size S/M and L
- Adjustable to leg circumference (with extension)
- Optimal fit without slipping
- no tubes required
IMPORTANT
If your inner leg length is over 89 cm , you should switch to Recovery Pants 2.0 or the Recovery Boots, as we cannot guarantee an optimal fit for the standard Recovery Pants at this size.
RECOVERY BOOTS
if you consciously choose against Pants
Everyone who prefers to use Boots instead of Pants should choose the size based on the inner leg length (crotch to heel).
How to measure correctly
- Take a measuring tape
- Stand upright barefoot
- Measure from the crotch to the heel
Tip: The Boots should reach just below the toes – this way the entire leg muscles are optimally covered.
Unsure between M and L?
- Body heights from 165 cm usually manage well with size M.
- From 160 cm you can deactivate the top chamber if the Boot fits a bit too long.

This way, you can specifically deactivate a chamber or a leg. With the Go X Family, you can conveniently control it via the app.
Conclusion
The right size is the key to an effective, comfortable, and consistent recovery session.
Take the two minutes to measure – your body will thank you.
