1. What sport do you play and how did you get into it?

Handball. Through school and it was love at first throw so to speak :)

2. What makes your sport special?

Athleticism, team spirit and the closeness of the athletes.

3. What was your greatest sporting success so far?

Championship, Cup and Supercup with FC Porto and participation in the Champions League.

4. How do you deal with the "hole" after a big competition?

Relax and recharge your batteries with the family.

5. Who is your biggest role model and why?

My father. For him, there is no such thing as "impossible."

6. What motivates you to get up every day?

My athletic and personal goals. To be the best possible version of myself as an athlete and husband/father !

7. What is your favorite hobby besides sports?

Music and various other sports like soccer, beach volleyball and padel.

1. how does the perfect regeneration look like for you

Start immediately after the end of training or games with stroking, massages, sensible nutrition and the continuation at home or in the team bus with my Reboots Go Lite.

On the sofa watching sports or while traveling.

3. how important is the topic "regeneration" for you?

Due to the high volume of training at a young age and my now advanced athlete age actually extremely important throughout my career !
