Quite simply: Always keep the lid on when you're not using it. This way, everything stays clean. Depending on where your Ice Tub is located, make sure to clean your feet before getting in to avoid bringing dirt into the Ice Tub. Change the water at regular intervals if you notice it's no longer clean or algae are forming. Also, regularly clean the inner walls of the Ice Tub.

How do I empty the Ice Tub?
