I. General Terms and Conditions
§ 1 Basic Provisions
(1) The following terms and conditions apply to contracts that you conclude with us as a provider (Wellcosan GmbH) via the website reboots.com. Unless otherwise agreed, the inclusion of any terms and conditions used by you is contradicted.
(2) Consumer within the meaning of the following provisions is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that can be attributed predominantly neither to their commercial nor their independent professional activity. Entrepreneur is any natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity, which acts in the conclusion of a legal transaction in the exercise of their independent professional or commercial activity.
§ 2 Materialization of the contract
(1) Subject of the contract is the sale of goods .
(2) Already with the placement of the respective product on our website, we submit a binding offer to conclude a contract via the online shopping cart system under the conditions specified in the item description.
(3) The contract is concluded via the online shopping cart system as follows:
The goods intended for purchase are placed in the "shopping cart". Using the appropriate button in the navigation bar, you can call the "shopping cart" and make changes there at any time.
After calling the page "Checkout" and entering the personal data and the payment and shipping terms, the order data will finally be displayed as an order overview.
If you choose as a payment method an instant payment system (eg.If you use as a payment method an instant payment system (e.g. PayPal / PayPal Express, Amazon Payments, Sofortüberweisung), you will either be taken to the order overview page in our online store or redirected to the website of the provider of the instant payment system.
If you are redirected to the respective instant payment system, make the appropriate selection or enter your data there. Before submitting the order, you have the option to review the information in the order overview again, change (also using the "back" function of the Internet browser) or cancel the order. cancel the order.

(4) Your requests for the preparation of an offer are non-binding for you. For this purpose, we submit a binding offer in text form (e.g. by e-mail), which you can accept within 5 days (unless otherwise stated in the respective offer).
(5) The processing of the order and transmission of all information required in connection with the conclusion of the contract is partly automated by e-mail. You must therefore ensure that the e-mail address you have deposited with us is accurate, the receipt of e-mails is technically ensured and in particular not prevented by SPAM filters.
§ 3 Special agreements on offered payment methods
(1) Payment via Klarna
In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options. Payment will be made to Klarna in each case:
- Invoice: The payment term is 14 days from the date of dispatch of the goods/ticket/ or, for other services, the provision of the service. The full invoice terms for the countries where this payment method is available can be found here: Germany, Austria.
- Purchase in installments: With Klarna's financing service, you can pay for your purchase in fixed or flexible monthly installments under the terms specified in the checkout. The installment payment is due at the end of each month after Klarna sends a monthly invoice. More information about the installment purchase including the terms and conditions and the European standard information for consumer credit for the countries where this payment method is available can be found here (only available in the specified countries): Germany, Austria.
- Instant bank transfer: Available in Germany and Austria. Your account will be debited immediately after submitting the order.
- Direct debit: The debit takes place after shipment of the goods. The timing will be communicated to you by e-mail.

§ 4 Right of retention, retention of title
(1) You can exercise a right of retention only insofar as it concerns claims from the same contractual relationship.
(2) The goods remain our property until full payment of the purchase price.
(3) If you are an entrepreneur, the following applies in addition:
a) We retain title to the goods until full settlement of all claims arising from the ongoing business relationship. Before the transfer of ownership of the goods subject to retention of title, a pledge or transfer of ownership by way of security is not permitted.
b) You may resell the goods in the ordinary course of business. In this case, you already now assign to us all claims in the amount of the invoice amount, which accrue to you from the resale, we accept the assignment. You are further authorized to collect the claim. However, insofar as you do not properly meet your payment obligations, we reserve the right to collect the claim ourselves.
c) In the event of combination and mixing of the reserved goods, we shall acquire co-ownership of the new item in the ratio of the invoice value of the reserved goods to the other processed items at the time of processing.
d) We undertake to release the securities to which we are entitled at your request insofar as the realizable value of our securities exceeds the claim to be secured by more than 10%. The selection of the securities to be released shall be incumbent upon us.
§ 5 Warranty
(1) The statutory warranty rights exist.
(2) As a consumer, you are asked to check the goods immediately upon delivery for completeness, obvious defects and transport damage and to notify us and the carrier complaints as soon as possible. If you do not comply with this, this has no effect on your statutory warranty claims.
(3) So far as a feature of the goods deviates from the objective requirements, the deviation shall only be deemed agreed if you were informed of the same before submitting the contractual declaration by us and the deviation was expressly and separately agreed between the contracting parties.
(4) Insofar as you are an entrepreneur, the following shall apply in deviation from the above warranty provisions:
a) Only our own specifications and the manufacturer's product description shall be deemed agreed as the quality of the goods, but not other advertising, public promotions and statements of the manufacturer.
b) In the case of defects, we provide warranty at our discretion by rectification or replacement. If the defect removal fails, you can choose to demand a reduction or withdraw from the contract. The rectification of defects shall be deemed to have failed after a second unsuccessful attempt, unless the nature of the goods or the defect or other circumstances indicate otherwise. In the event of rectification of defects, we shall not be required to bear the increased costs arising from the transfer of the goods to a place other than the place of performance, provided that the transfer does not correspond to the intended use of the goods.
c) The warranty period shall be two years from delivery of the goods. The shortening of the period shall not apply:
- to culpably caused damage attributable to us arising from injury to life, limb or health and in the case of other damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence;
- insofar as we have fraudulently concealed the defect or have assumed a guarantee for the quality of the item;
- in the case of items which have been used in accordance with their customary use for a building and have caused its defectiveness;
- in the case of statutory rights of recourse which you have against us in connection with rights arising from defects.
(5) Customers from the Canary Islands will bear the costs for returns or repairs.
§ 6 Choice of law, place of performance, jurisdiction
(1) German law shall apply. In the case of consumers, this choice of law shall only apply to the extent that the protection granted by mandatory provisions of the law of the state of the consumer's habitual residence is not thereby withdrawn (principle of favorability).
(2) The place of performance for all services arising from the business relations existing with us as well as the place of jurisdiction is our registered office, insofar as you are not a consumer, but a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law. The same applies if you do not have a general place of jurisdiction in Germany or the EU or the place of residence or habitual abode is not known at the time the action is brought. The right to also invoke the court at another statutory jurisdiction remains unaffected.
(3) The provisions of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods expressly do not apply.
§ 7 AGBs to the Reboots Rent "Reboots Rent"
The contractual objective of the rent is that the customer receives the device exclusively for use against payment of the agreed rent. In addition, rented goods can be purchased by purchase option during or after the rental period. Rented products are identified on the invoice by the naming "rent"
(1) Rental frame / rental extension / purchase option
- Rental is offered to business customers of legal age (B2B). In addition, selected Reboots sliding wave massagers are offered for rent to end customers (B2C).
- The rental equipment will be shipped only upon full prepayment of the rent, regardless of the selected rental period. If the rental equipment is returned before the end of the agreed rental period, no pro-rata refund will be paid.
- The rental start date is four days after receipt of payment, so that it can be ensured that the device has already arrived at the customer at the start of the rental. In case of irregularities (delayed delivery, unsuccessful delivery), we ask to contact our team to make an adjustment to the end of the rental.
- An order can be placed via our website www.reboots.com or via one of our Wellcosan GmbH employees and with your consent. Rental extensions are only possible for business customers. In the case of the purchase option, the rental amount already paid will be credited, the remaining amount to be paid will be communicated to you by e-mail or by an employee of our company.
- The purchase option from the lease can be exercised at any time during the lease. There are two options for this:
- By contacting our team. Please note: The price for taking ownership of the rental device is shown on the rental product pages and in the frequently asked questions. This price will also be communicated to you by the employee and can be seen on the rental product pages. Either a telephone order is accepted or a link is generated from a draft order, which you as the customer must complete yourself in the check-out. Only after verified receipt of payment of the remaining amount does the rental item become your property and the warranty regulations of a newly purchased product come into effect. Vouchers or discount codes cannot be used with a purchase option. The available means of payment are shown in the check-out.
- Alternatively, you will receive an automatically generated draft order at the end of your rental. A link is also generated here, which the customer must complete themselves in the check-out. Only after verified receipt of payment of the remaining amount will the rental item become your property and the warranty provisions of a newly purchased product apply. Vouchers or discount codes cannot be used with a purchase option. The available means of payment are shown in the check-out.
(2) Rental duration / rental rates
- The amount of the rental price is determined by the draft order. This will be sent by a member of the team. The total rental price is calculated from the rental period (in months) and the price per month. All rental prices are final prices and include the statutory sales tax.
- The amount of the rental price for a rental extension (B2B only) may differ from the price paid in the original rental, as we work with step prices, so that the monthly rental price is reduced for a longer rental period.
- The rental ends after the initially agreed upon duration of 1,3,6 or 12 months, unless a rental extension or a purchase from the rental is executed. Early return of the rental equipment will not result in a pro-rata refund of the rental amount paid.
- End customers (B2C) have the option of renting selected devices for 3 months.
(3) Return / Scope / Default
- The rental equipment including accessories (control unit, power plug, cable) must arrive in its original packaging in time for the end of the rental period, but no later than 14 days after the end of the rental period at the warehouse of Wellcosan GmbH at Bellinger Tor 16a, 36396 Steinau a. d. Straße. A return label will be sent in time to the e-mail address given at the beginning of the rental period. The rental equipment should be returned apart from normal signs of use in the condition in which you received him.
- If the rental equipment is returned incomplete, the missing part of the return must be sent back to us at your own expense immediately after being requested by our team, but no later than within one week. If the missing parts do not reach us after one week despite a reminder, the residual value of the missing accessories will be charged.
- A one-time fee of €80 will be charged for returning a defective device due to intentional damage
- If we do not receive the return of the rented device within 31 days after the end of the rental period, we must assume that the rented device has been used intentionally and we will refund the purchase price of the device as stated on the website www.reboots.com apparent, into account.
(4) Revocation
- With the right of withdrawal you have the possibility to revoke this contract within 30 days from the conclusion of the contract without giving any reason. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement (letter, telephone, e-mail) about your decision to revoke this contract.

36396 Steinau a. d. Straße - The return shipment has to be made within 14 days after receipt of the right of withdrawal at your own expense. The return to an incorrect address may delay the repayment of the rent paid.
- We will send you a refund of the rental payments made within 21 days of receipt of the rental item to the same payment method you used in the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed between you and our team. No fees will be charged for the refund in any case.
(5) Damages
- We only rent new products. Before a device is shipped, it goes through our comprehensive quality check. If you have any problems with the device, please contact our team via email, WhatsApp or phone and do not try to fix any damage yourself, unless it is done in consultation and with the permission of a Wellcosan GmbH employee. Since this is a rental device, a modification of the rental device is not a defect removal.
- Damage that occurs during the rental period must be reported to our team immediately. We cannot send a replacement unit during the rental period, only new rental contracts. In case of damage during the rental period, an individual solution will be found for you. When returning a defective device due to intentional damage, a one-time amount of €80 will be due.
§ 8 Vouchers and Right of Withdrawal
1. Vouchers can only be redeemed in the online store of Reboots and are valid for three years from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.
2. The purchase of vouchers is generally excluded from return and cancellation, as they are personalized products within the meaning of Section 312g (2) No. 2 of the German Civil Code (BGB). This does not apply if the voucher is defective or otherwise non-functional. In this case, the buyer can request a replacement according to the statutory provisions.
3. Cash redemption of the voucher value is not possible. The voucher cannot be used for the purchase of additional vouchers.
4. If the voucher value exceeds the purchase value, the remaining balance will be retained and can be used for future purchases.
§ 9 Free gifts
Free gifts (in competitions or other promotions) are part of the order and must also be returned in the event of cancellation. If the free gifts are damaged, we reserve the right to claim compensation.
§ 10 Return policy for bundles
1. Returning individual items from a bundle
If you return individual items from a bundle, the refund will be based on the MSRP of the products kept. The original bundle discount will be cancelled and the refund will be based on the difference between the bundle price and the regular individual prices of the products kept.
2. Return of the entire bundle
If you wish to return the entire bundle, all products included in the set must be returned complete and in perfect condition. This also applies to free gifts or products declared as ‘gifts’ within the promotion. If not all components of the bundle are returned, the MSRP of the missing products will be deducted from the refund amount.
3. Return of digital products Digital content (e.g. e-books, training plans, digital instructions or exclusive online access) cannot be returned once it has been made available to you. By making a purchase, you expressly agree that the right of cancellation expires as soon as the digital content can be used.

6.2. If you are a consumer, it is regulated by law that the risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the sold item during shipment only passes to you upon delivery of the goods, regardless of whether the shipment is insured or uninsured.
