Quick Recovery - Maximum pressure - 20-30 min. - Combination solution
"Intense Flow" combines the sequence of programs A and B. Several chambers always remain inflated at the same time, which prevents backflow. “Intense Flow” thus also promotes the lactate removal quite intensively. This program is suitable for a quick but intense recovery session.
Intense stretch - Maximum pressure - 20-30 min. - Lowest reflux
"Intense" promotes the lactate removal most intensively. The sustained pressure in the lower chambers prevents backflow. As a beginner, you should approach this program slowly. At high pressure, Program B is very intense and effective!
Short & Intense - Maximum pressure - 20-30 min. - Maximum compression
“Impulse” is for short and intense sessions. Since all chambers are pumped up in pulses at the same time, Pulse maximizes the number of compression cycles possible in a given time.
Relaxation - Rather little pressure - 10-20 min. - Several application scenarios
"Flow" exerts a selective pressure and is therefore well suited for relaxing the muscles. The muscles are gradually contracted from the feet towards the body. We particularly recommend this program as a warm-up.
Relaxation - Rather little pressure - 10-20 min. - Relaxation of the muscles
“Switch” exerts a selective pressure on every second chamber at the same time. The muscles are thus massaged alternately from the feet towards the hips. The program is therefore well suited for relaxing the muscles.
Warm-up - Rather little pressure - 10-20 min. - Extended program D
Similar to program D, but two chambers are filled directly in each step. This means that "Double" achieves twice the number of passes in the same time and is suitable for shorter warm-up massages.
Deep Recovery - Maximum pressure - up to 50 min. - Our favorite
“Intense Pulse” adds a very effective pulse effect to program A. For this purpose, the pressure in the last active chamber is increased and decreased again three times: First 70%, then 90% and then only 100% of the set pressure. This gives the metabolic waste products time to move through the tissue. The result is a particularly thorough recovery application. Therefore, when combining several massage programs, it always makes sense to end the application with "Intense Pulse".
Which program should I use when?
The various massage programs are suitable for different setups. We explain to you the scenarios in which the Reboots unit makes sense.

50 MINUTE REBOOTS ROUTINE BY ANNE HAUG*:
Phase 1: To start, I use “Intense” or “Intense Pulse”. Here I first work for about 30 minutes with moderate pressure in order not to impede the blood flow and thus the lactate removal.
Phase 2: For the middle part of the session, I switch to “flow” for 10 minutes. I increase the pressure to the highest possible level for me. However, this should be bearable and not painful. With the "Flow" program, the blood flow is not restricted despite the high pressure because the muscles can move up and down.
Phase 3: I reduce the pressure back to a low level to activate the blood flow and transport the waste products from the connective tissue. Here “Intense Pulse” or “Intense Flow” are suitable for about 10 minutes.
