The Strava Challenge with Best Time x Reboots
More training isn't always the answer. Sometimes, real performance improvement lies in recovery. That's exactly what our current Strava Challenge in cooperation with Bestzeit is all about.
The title says it all: "New Personal Best in Your Recovery Routine"
In March, we're not collecting distance records – but focused recovery.

What's it about?
The challenge urges you to take recovery just as seriously as your training. Instead of only tracking pace and distance, you'll document your recovery time.
What counts?
- Mobility or stretching sessions
- Walks in zone 1
- Gentle yoga sessions
- Conscious recovery sessions, e.g., with compression massage
You can easily manually log these activities in Strava and then post them with a picture in the Bestzeit group.
The Goal
👉 Document at least 10 recovery sessions in March.
Among all participants who achieve this, we will raffle off a compression massage product.
Why participate?
1. Because sustainable performance isn't just about training.
