The Run Club in Munich for Beginners & Advanced

January is the perfect time to start something new – especially running.

But for many, it's not the beginning that's the problem, it's sticking with it: Overwhelm, lack of structure, or missing motivation quickly lead to frustration.

This is exactly where Push Your Limits at fREanks comes in: an open running group that brings people together – from absolute beginners to ambitious runners. No pressure to perform, but with clear structure, community, and a focus on sustainable progress.

What exactly is "Push Your Limits"?

The fREanks Athletes Club powered by Reboots takes place every Wednesday in Munich. In January, the campaign PUSH YOUR LIMITS is running.

The goal: Make running accessible to everyone, create motivation, and build a long-term routine – regardless of performance level.
-> Everyone who starts should integrate Recovery directly into their training!

The Structure of the Runs

Group 1: Advanced

For everyone who wants to work specifically on their performance.

  • Led by experienced Run Captains
  • Content: Intervals, threshold runs, structured sessions
  • No classic Zone 2 long runs
  • Focus: Improve pace, push limits, consciously manage training

Group 2: Beginner / Social Pace

The perfect start – without pressure.

  • Very relaxed pace (approx. 7-8 pace, flexible)
  • Ideal for absolute beginners & those returning
  • Focus on relaxation, fun & safety
  • Motto: “Just show up – you can start here.”

Regeneration as an Integral Part

Training doesn't end with the last kilometer.

At the fREanks Athletes Club, recovery is a conscious part of the process:

  • Time to unwind
  • Engage with the community
  • Coffee (for free) & start your day at Café Chance

Because progress comes not just from exertion – but from recovery.

It's a weekly fixture for motivation, movement, and community – with clear structure, genuine openness, and a focus on sustainable running.
