What is the difference between the Boots and the Pants?
The Pants continue where the Boots leave off: The Boots are worn like two separate boots and include your entire leg muscles from the toes up to the groin in your recovery application. The Pants go one step further: They consist of a continuous pair of pants and extend from the toes to your midsection - depending on your height. This way, the Pants also help with the regeneration of the large and important muscle groups in the buttocks and hip and back area.
What is the difference between the One and Go X models?
Our two models offer you strong performance with a maximum pressure of 240mmHg for your Recovery. By selecting different programs and deactivatable chambers, you can also always customize your massage to suit your individual needs.
Our Reboots Go X model is also suitable for use on the go. It features a compact control unit and a built-in battery. This allows you to use your Recovery application wherever you are.
The Reboots One model, on the other hand, requires a power connection. In return, this model offers you eight air chambers, allowing you to target smaller areas of your muscles more precisely. Are you still unsure which model is right for you? We are happy to help you!
Is Reboots a medical product?
Reboots is not a medical product. For medical or health-related questions, we ask you to seek the advice of your general practitioner in advance. They can give you a good individual recommendation. We will then be happy to assist you in selecting the right model.
How do Recovery Boots work and is the effect really that significant?
Recovery Boots provide a gliding massage to your legs. They help you transport away waste products of your metabolism, such as BLa (blood lactic acid), which accumulate in your muscles during physical activity and cause unwanted fatigue effects.
Most people feel a significant effect after an intense workout. This has also been confirmed by various studies. However, the recovery application affects everyone individually. It's best to try it out for yourself and be convinced by our Reboots. In our Help Center, you will find an article about the current state of scientific studies.
What makes Reboots special?
Reboots operates with relatively high pressure (up to 240mmHg) and a higher number of air chambers than most other providers. This results in an intensive and gliding compression wave. Thus, Reboots allow for both individual and intensive regeneration.

Can I test Reboots before buying?

Additionally, when purchasing, you have the option to test Reboots within 30 days of receipt and return them to us (considering the general return conditions) if you are not satisfied.
Where can I download the Reboots app?
The Reboots app is compatible with the Reboots Go Lite and Reboots One Pro devices.
iOS users can find the app as usual in the AppStore. From iOS version 14.1, operating the Reboots is possible without any issues. The Android version can be found in the Google Play Store and is compatible with the Reboots from Android version 6.0.
With older iOS or Android versions, complications may arise. We therefore recommend updating to the latest software.
What are the dimensions of the cuffs?

How can I delete my account in the Reboots app?
To delete your account in the Reboots app again, proceed as follows:
Click on Settings > Account Settings > Delete Account at the bottom right. Confirm once again on the screen that you really want to delete your account.
That's it! Your account is now deleted.

Can the device still be used when connected to the power outlet despite an empty battery?
In short: Yes! You can use your Reboots Go both by connecting to the power outlet and via the (charged) battery.
Can the device also be charged with a regular power bank?
No, unfortunately this is not possible at the current time.
In which countries can I use Reboots Go?
With Reboots Go, we want to offer maximum mobility. You should be able to charge Reboots Go anywhere without any issues using a power outlet. Provided you use the correct power adapter.
Can I take Reboots Go and Reboots Go Lite on the plane?
When traveling with your Reboots Go and Reboots Go Lite, lithium-ion batteries may only be stored in carry-on luggage. If a bag is checked at the gate, all lithium batteries must be removed from the luggage and kept with the passenger in the aircraft cabin.
Since the Reboots Go and Reboots Go Lite have a built-in lithium-ion battery, they may only be stored in carry-on luggage.
Our battery-powered devices must be registered before the flight. It is at the discretion of the TSA officer to allow travel with the device. Please do not hesitate to share our website and social media with the responsible person if they are not familiar with our device.
How can I best transport Reboots Go?
Reboots Go can be easily taken along on the go thanks to its dimensions. In our shop, you will find a practical carrying case that is custom-made for Reboots Go and allows you to transport the control unit, hoses, and Boots effortlessly.
How long does the battery last on Reboots Go?
The battery lasts about 3 hours.
Reboots One (Pro/Lite)
In which countries can I use the Reboots One models?
That depends on the voltage used in the countries. The Reboots One currently only work with a voltage of 230 volts. This is common in almost all European countries, such as Germany, France, Italy, Spain, or the UK, so you can use Reboots here without any problems.
However, there are some countries where a different voltage is used. In the USA, parts of South America, and Asia, for example, a voltage of 110 volts is common. In this case, you need a voltage converter to be able to use Reboots One.
What is the difference between Reboots One Pro, Reboots One and Reboots One Lite?
Number of chambers: Reboots One Pro has 12 compression chambers, Reboots One has 8 compression chambers, Reboots One Lite has only 6 compression chambers.
The number of programs also varies by device. Reboots One Pro features 8 massage programs, while Reboots One and One Lite only featured 6 massage programs.
Furthermore, the Reboots One Pro is characterized by several features for more personalized massage customization. With the Reboots One Pro, the pressure of the individual chambers can be adjusted individually, contributing to an even more efficient and needs-oriented massage. The Reboots One Pro features an integrated HOLD and INTERVAL timer: with the help of which the massage intensity can be adjusted. The Reboots One Pro is the all-rounder among the devices.
Reboots One Lite is ideal for beginners who can do without additional chambers and still want to fully enjoy the recovery application.
How loud is the device?
The noise level is about 60 dB. This is comparable to the volume of a refrigerator. You can have a normal conversation, watch TV, or listen to music and relax during use.
Can I use multiple cuffs at the same time?
Yes, you can use the Boots or Pants simultaneously with, for example, the Arm Cuff using the included Quick Connectors.

Can Reboots be deducted as advertising expenses?
Under certain circumstances, it is possible that Reboots can be deducted as advertising expenses. Your tax advisor can inform you whether this is possible for you. This does not constitute tax advice.
Can I get a VAT refund as a non-business customer?
If you have a delivery address in the EU, the invoice will be issued including VAT. For non-EU countries, such as Switzerland, the invoice will be issued without VAT (gross = net).
What happens in the event of a cancellation?
Within 30 days of receiving your Reboots, you can cancel your order if you are not convinced. Since we need your cancellation in written form, please contact us via our contact form. We will assist you as soon as possible.
What are the interest rates for installment payments?
For each option, the annual interest rates vary between 9.99% and 11.95%. There are no additional fees, except for the interest and reminder fees that apply if you miss the due date.
Can I pay for my Reboots in installments?
Yes, it is possible to pay for your Reboots in installments via Klarna. The payment can be made in 1 to 24 installments.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
You can return your Reboots up to 30 days after purchase, taking into account the general return conditions. You can find more information about the return conditions in our cancellation policy. There is no money-back guarantee beyond this period.

You can make the payment in various ways. Here you can choose between the following methods:

How quickly will my package arrive after ordering?
As soon as your payment has been received by us, your package will be handed over to the parcel service on the following business day. Within Germany, it usually takes one to two more business days for your Reboots to arrive. Delivery abroad currently takes between 5 and 9 business days. Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an automatic email with your tracking number from us. To which countries are Reboots shipped?
