ONE LITE MASSAGE PROGRAMS
Flow
"Flow" exerts a point pressure and is therefore suitable for loosening the muscles. The muscles are gradually compressed from the feet towards the body. We particularly recommend this program for warm-up.
Intense
“Intense” promotes lactate removal most intensively. The sustained pressure in the lower chambers prevents backflow. As a beginner, you should approach this program gradually. At high pressure, Program B is very intense and effective!
Impulses
“Impulse” is for short and intensive sessions. Since all chambers are inflated in a pulsed manner simultaneously, “Impulse” maximizes the number of possible compression cycles in a given time.
Intense Flow
“Intense Flow” combines the sequence of programs A and B. Several chambers are always inflated simultaneously, preventing backflow. Thus, “Intense Flow” also promotes lactate removal quite intensively. This program is suitable for a quick but intensive recovery session.
Intense Double
“Intense Double” offers a similar process to Program F, but with two compression waves running in parallel. This allows for a doubly intensive application specifically targeting the lower leg and calf area.
Double
Similar to Program A, however, two chambers are filled directly per step. This allows “Double” to achieve twice the number of cycles in the same time and is suitable for shorter warm-up massages.
