Reboots offers business customers the opportunity to temporarily rent Reboots Boots and Pants at a fraction of the actual price...and keep them.
Find your desired product on www.reboots.com , choose a rental period between 1, 3, 6 and 12 months and simply contact our rental team.
1) Contact our team by phone, Calendly, WhatsApp or email with your desired device and the rental period. We advise you individually.
2) Our team will take care of the paperwork and send you a draft order.
3) As soon as you have completed the process, we will bear the costs for shipping and return shipping as well as for processing the devices.
You are enthusiastic and want to take over the device? No problem, with the buy-out option we take into account the rent already paid.
Don't need your products anymore? Send them back free of charge in the original packaging and we will take care of the rest.

With our rental offer, you rent all your Reboots boots or pants for a fraction of the purchase price and benefit from a tiered model. It gives you the opportunity to get to know your reboots and convince yourself before you decide to buy them.

We offer you to rent for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. The longer the rental period, the cheaper the price per month. You can buy the device out of the rent at any time during your rental, the amount already paid will of course be taken into account.

Delivery is usually within 2-3 working days after receipt of order.

If your product is already damaged upon delivery or shows noticeable signs of use, please contact our customer service immediately by email, whats app or telephone. Do not attempt to make repairs yourself. To avoid any misunderstandings later, we also advise you to photograph the damage and email the picture to our customer service. Please note that you must report the damage within three days of delivery. Otherwise we have to assume that the damage occurred during the rental period and charge €80.

Yes, we only rent new products. Before a device is shipped, it goes through our comprehensive quality check. If a device does not meet your expectations, please contact our team via email, WhatsApp or phone.

We cover the shipping costs for your rental products as well as the costs for returning them after the end of the rental period.

Yes, please keep the packaging safe (if you have rented several devices of the same type, please make sure that the serial number on the box matches the device inside). So the product has a second life after your rental and is happy.

Yes, we work with a tiered model where the costs per month drop if you opt for a longer term. You can save up to 33% per month. You can find a detailed overview of the pricing of the respective Reboots devices here.

Yes, get in touch with our team and we will inform you about the difference between the rental and purchase price. As soon as you confirm this, you will be billed for the amount and change the status from "rent" to "purchase" after receipt of payment.

Please do not attempt to repair a broken device yourself. Report the damage by selecting the defective device under Rented and filling out the form under Report Damage. If you can't wait for a unit to be repaired, we can sign a new rental agreement and send out a replacement right away. Please contact our team via email, WhatsApp or phone.

You will receive your invoice by email. If you have any further questions, contact our support team via email, WhatsApp or phone. Our business support responds within 1 business day.

After the minimum rental period has expired, you can return rented devices at any time free of charge. Our team will contact you shortly before the end of the rental and will send you a return label if you wish. Alternatively, you can always reach our support team via email, WhatsApp or phone. We terminate the rental agreement as soon as we receive the product.

Your rent is paid in advance. The graduated price model, which lets you choose between a 1, 3, 6 and 12 month rent, reduces your contribution by up to 33%. If you decide to buy the device during the rental, the amount you have already paid will of course be taken into account and there will be no extra costs. Full transparency.

No, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange during the rental period. After the minimum term has expired, you can send the device back to us free of charge and rent something new by concluding a new rental contract.

Yes, you can extend your term at any time during the rental. Contact our support team via email, WhatsApp or telephone. Please note that a change to a shorter term or a total rental period of more than 12 months is not possible.

You can pay by bank transfer, credit card, PayPal, AmazonPay, Klarna or bank transfer.

Your rental payment will be made in full in advance when you receive and confirm the order link. We offer you a better price per month for a longer rental period and you can save up to 33% per month compared to the 1-month price. If you decide to buy the device, the payment already made will be taken into account and credited.

Your invoice will be sent to you by e-mail. You can request your invoice from our team at any time by stating your order number.
